AND THE MOON ROSE OVER AN OPEN FIELD

Eric Shantz and his lovely group of hoodlum taggers are Paint Saginaw, a group of street artists who have been bombing lyrics to the song America by Simon and Garfunkel on the ghostly structural remnants of Saginaw, Michigan.
